    The store was clean, not busy. My entire transaction was smooth, and the two ladies who helped me were awesome. In no way could the people there help with my issue. My beef is simple. You no longer allow live animal shipping out of my local FedEx, 12212 Industrial blvd Victorville CA 92395. This has necessitated farther drives on my part to pick up live animals. This in a time of rising gas costs is especially annoying. Especially since I have been using this hub(ship center) for the last 15 years. Please allow live animal shipping here again.

    The store visit was fine however I paid an extra $16 for the package to be overnighted and it took three days to get there very dissatisfied
