    I was very impressed how easy the team member made my experience. I had a lot put on my shoulders to come up with the program for a relatives funeral and I couldn't email in my download because of my lack of experience. The team member helped me and printed them for me in 30 minutes. He multitasked with other patrons and took care of their needs without anyone feeling overlooked. He seemed to be the only one in the store front and handled it fabulous! Very good employee!!!
