    I know the value of a great employee from having my own business for 41 years. Santa is such an employee. She has a friendly, helpful personality and is very efficient. She was able to help other customers as my order was being processed. At the same time, I knew she was tracking the progress of my order, so I did not feel ignored.     Michele was so nice and calm! I was nervous because I had to ship 2 company laptops and my emails/wifi were not working. She didn’t rush me at all and helped me till they received the shipping label. She answered all my questions and made this anxiety ducing shipping into a smooth transition! Thanks Michele, you rock!!
