    Jason went above and beyond helping me renew my passport as I am a senior citizen who is not familiar with all the technology. He is such a personable young man and so helpful that even though I live in Woodland I will use his Fed Ex Office in West Sacramento. He has the best customer service skills that I have ever encountered in my entire life. I would give raise to keep him as he is the first person I ever made cookies for in a business. You should be very proud to have such an employee!!!!!

    Jason helped me get a banner printed for my company’s conference. He was quick to respond via emails and was ready with the printed banner next day morning (less than 12 hrs). Very fortunate to have Jason and his team member Alyssa being gracious, knowledgeable, reliable, resourceful and proactive with helping customers such as me always!!!

    I had issues with a FedEx shipment I sent in early May to NY being returned to me and Jason was extremely helpful, accommodating, courteous, and assisted me in preparing this shipment for reshipment.

    Alyssa maintained very calm throughout the whole process even though she was the only person working and had a lot of customers. She was very friendly and helpful.

    Alyssa helped me print booth signage for two recent consumer events. One she coordinated through another nearby fed ex location as their equipment was down and I needed it on my way through Sacramento. The second one (this one) they printed in-house and it was done earlier than needed and ready to go when I arrived. She was efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and kept in constant communication about the progress of the job. Given the many tasks that happen prior to the start of an event, I found that to be extremely helpful.
