She was working at the Mulholland Drive store on July 20th around 2:30 PM. We had an emergency where our daughter forgot her carryon and flew to the UK for 6 months. The prices to ship a small box are so high, which we were not happy about. Your employee was just so kind and helpful. She eased our concerns and helped us find a barely affordable option (the "barely" was obviously not her fault). I even hugged her because she was so amazing and kind. Please send our thanks to her. You can let me know if you need her full name and I will try to get it.

But to be honest, he was a bit rude and I had to ask him to clarify what he meant by “what is the value of this item.” He just repeated it without explaining and made me feel a bit dumb! There was a bit of an arrogance to his overall personality, but at least my needs were met.
