    I will be sending a letter to Brian Phillips CEO FedEx Office and Raj Subramanian CEO FedEx Corp. The absolute callousness, disregard, lack of empathy, and overall unprofessionalism of these two individuals was beyond the pale. Their absolutely uncalled for unprofessional attitude and condescending, disdainful comments and statements were not only uncalled for, but something that should not be condoned by FedEx corporation. I am sending a letter to Brian Phillips and to Raj Subramanian about my experience because leadership needs to know what they’re subordinates are doing, and how their lack of customer obsession and simple courtesy can impact business

    This was a bald, red faced, very rude man. He basically made the experience horrible. Should not be out front with customers. Just the type of guy that obviously hates his life and makes it everyone else’s problem. Did not explain anything to me or help me in any way shape or form, when I asked questions he responded with his question again as if I should know what it is. Look I am a 19 year old female just trying to ship a box to my job. He made it horrible, just being around him almost made me just walk out of the building entirely. That’s the type of man to keep inside the back of the store not out front.

    Dexter went above and beyond to help me print out programs for my nephews celebration of life. He stayed beyond his shift to make sure everything was perfect with the final document for print. He was very patient with me while I worked with my graphic designer over the phone who had to make multiple changes. He also made a suggestion for the type of paper which really elevated the look and feel of the program. He expedited the order and made sure we had them in time for the memorial the next day. I am beyond grateful for his exceptional customer service.
