Just the type of guy that obviously hates his life and makes it everyone else’s problem. Did not explain anything to me or help me in any way shape or form, when I asked questions he responded with his question again as if I should know what it is. Look I am a 19 year old female just trying to ship a box to my job. He made it horrible, just being around him almost made me just walk out of the building entirely. That’s the type of man to keep inside the back of the store not out front.

He stayed beyond his shift to make sure everything was perfect with the final document for print. He was very patient with me while I worked with my graphic designer over the phone who had to make multiple changes. He also made a suggestion for the type of paper which really elevated the look and feel of the program. He expedited the order and made sure we had them in time for the memorial the next day. I am beyond grateful for his exceptional customer service.
