We did not have a receipt for the shipment and had not been billed for it. Mike went to great lengths, searching the office and finally found it in the back room in Lost and Found. We had neglected to put the shipping address on the label. The problem was quickly corrected and the package arrive withing 2 days. Thank you, Mike.

He helped me and even printed the label custom and personalized badges for me to pick up the next day. Very quick and knowledgeable. I've never has a poor experience at this store. Even if they forget something, they fix it immediately and even have hand delivered in one case!
