    The store was fine. Not sure why my 2nd day air letter has not been delivered as it was one document. Can't see it taking up so much room to miss the flight. The store and staff was great. Where is the issue lying for getting a 2nd day letter to its destination on time?

    The lady who helped me (Sheri?) was so helpful. I had a print that I needed the same day, and I was nervous about the print quality. She kindly walked me through the process and allowed me to verify that the print looked crisp as the printer started the job. I am grateful for the quick print and the professional and kind attitude!

    I was so impressed by how easy Stacie, the manager, made this for me. It was a poster size portrait of my husband for his memorial service. Stacie really knows what she’s doing and communicated back-and-forth with me by email and telephone to get everything just as I wanted. Her advice about the file size was really important and she printed an example and texted me a photo so that I could see the pixelation and poor quality from my original file. She absolutely went above and beyond to create something perfect for me.

    Printing was great. The only problem was that they misread my transmittal email and made too many copies. But as soon as I pointed that out, they refunded the difference. They were great about it and I appreciated their professionalism.

    I needed to send a check to my nephew. I couldn't put it in the mail because 1) he wasn't receiving all his mail and what he did get took 2-3 weeks to get to him. I asked the employee at the post office to send it express mail with a email to the recipient or a signature upon arrival. I was told she couldn't do that because the label machines were broken and mentioned the cost would be $42 when they're back working. I went to the bank and asked to transfer the money from my account to my nephew's. They said they couldn't because his bank didn't provide me with filing instructions. I went to FedEx and in 5 minutes, the very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant woman at the counter completed the process for a charge of $9.75. In a day and a half's time, my nephew called to tell me he'd received the package. Perfect!

    I rarely leave feedback on these types of surveys but I had give credit where credit was due. I was informed Cameron printed out my custom photo canvas print I was planning to give as a birthday present. I was worried the print out would not be as good as how it looked on the program on your website- but it came out incredible! I even received a phone call about the measurements of my picture did not fit within the size I picked. But they made it work out perfect.He needs a raise! He made a loyal returning customer out of me- if this is what the print Jobs look like. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆👍

    Lanie and the staff were great and helpful.The self service computer station pricing system needs to go back to how it was before: priced per minute per use. Being automatically logged out without the option to add more $$$ is not sufficient especially when you are trying to format things for print (which is hard to estimate time for).

    My mom went to Phoenix. She accidentally left a prescription medication at home. I took it to the FedEx office and told the clerk that it was prescription medication. This was Friday, March 30. I wanted it there overnight, but the cost was ridiculously prohibitive. The clerk said it could be delivered on Sunday, March 31. When I could not find delivery information on line, I called FedEx. I was told that there were NO deliveries on Sunday, because it was Easter Sunday. If the clerk had told me that on Friday, I would likely have paid the outrageous sum for overnight delivery. I was not given a realistic delivery date, so I chose the more economical choice, only to find out it was a LIE. I am so disappointed in FedEx. I believe a refund should be issued.
