    Seeing as I had to do a return, I was figuring on being there awhile, and /or being a hassle. I was surprised how quick and easy it all was! No wait, and was in and out in no time at all! I even commented to the employee that I was amazed how quick he was able to type the shipping address, which included a very long return authorization number. All good!

    The “team member” who took care of me seemed to be irritated with me and the choices I was making regarding packaging my product for shipping. Further, when I did or said something he didn’t like, I swear he growled at me - this made me feel QUITE uncomfortable. Moreover, when I asked him to pack my phone in the box while I was there and watching, he became very irate. I understood he had a line of customers, but I wanted to know that MY package was secure. It was certainly one of the least pleasant experiences I’ve had and I’m disinclined to return. Lastly, when this man was trying to convince me to use the package he wanted me to use (that cost $11+) rather than the one I wanted to use (that I had in hand and was already paid for), he told me that if I used HIS ELEVEN DOLLAR box, it would arrive in two days. Whereas if I used the cheaper boxes, and cheaper shipping, it wouldn’t arrive until Monday or Tuesday (4-5 days). As I type this, knowing that I bought his eleven dollar box that would arrive in two days, I’m angry because it’s been four days and the box has yet to arrive.
