    Despite there being three workers at the location, and it being the last day of a conference (they knew well in advance) only one person was checking out packages. It took over an hour to get service. When asked if other employees could help so we could be out in a timely manner, they rudely refused.

    Rayelle’s assistance was OUTSTANDING. I needed help printing large posters to be shared with c-suite execs the next day and she made sure we got the job done! Without her, I wouldn’t have had the posters. Not only was she helpful, but she was extremely courteous, calling me to give me updates on the job.
