When I discussed this with the employee, she said we were busy. Am I supposed to just guess that you received the order and know intuitively that it was complete? Isn't it part of the employee's job to respond to emails and inform the client that the job is ready for pickup? The attitude is so LAZY and rude. (eye roll)
