    The individual from our organization who was asking simple questions of the FedEx employee was disrespected when simply trying to ask questions based on needs we were asking her to ask the the employee. I could hear the disrespect over the phone. Furthermore, offering a quote for your "standard" paper when all we needed was plain paper felt like a way to simply make more money from our organization. It felt like a slap in the face to the lobbying work we were trying to get done.

    I was quoted $108 on the phone in the morning. I gave full specifications, including dimensions and weight. When I brought my item in that afternoon, it was $503. When I told the associate helping me that I’d been quoted $108 in the morning, he said the first person I spoke with was just wrong. I needed time to decide whether to spend FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS more than anticipated, and the associate was quite rude and rushed me after less than a minute even though I was the only person in the store. I understand mistakes happen, but this was a huge one.
