The team member who helped me told me I wouldn't be charged for the pre-authorized amount because the job wasn't finished, and that nothing could be done for me on the few pages that had printed out, incorrectly (they told me I could not get a refund for the few pages that had printed out incorrectly before the printer jammed). Yet I had to file a dispute with my bank after the charge went through four days after my store visit. I had to pay extra for the main desk to print my original request.

I created an account, and came back to the counter. The next person was great and very friendly. I was underwhelmed by the customer service if the initial employee as they gave me no direction and no help, only talked to me shortly about how they can’t help me at all with no directions on an account.
