Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t So I emailed them the PDFs and asked them to do the printing and charge it to my account. They did the printing but did not charge it to my account. FedEx does not do that for email orders. They don’t tell me that until I picked it up. There are too many little conditions for every way that orders can be placed. Just make it simple. . So I was charged a higher price. It could not be charged to my account. Or she didn’t know how to do that and it was getting embarrassing at how long this was taking. I was charged more Because I could not place the order online because the site would not accept my order. (No different than other orders I have placed. ). There was NO accommodation of this inconvenience and your inability to charge it to my account. I was dismissed really without apology. I am looking elsewhere for copying service.
