    Assistant store manager helped me. I only wanted a box to ship my items but he didn’t give me any other choices than for the establishment to package it. Turns out you CAN just purchase the box without them packaging it for you. This is what I asked for. I get that your location may have a quota to meet, but 17.99 for a box and plastic and two hands two wrap them up is robbery. I won’t be using fed ex again and your employees should be more honest.

    We were very happy with Marissa’s friendliness, her knowledge and her communication. She identified what could be a potential issue in our order and she brought a solution to our attention. That one issue would have made a huge difference in our being satisfied or disappointed. The project was completed quicker than I imagined. Very happy overall. The only wish I had, is that I wish they had a heavier card stock for my flyers. Overall, highly satisfied.

    Maggie at the Littleton Fedex location off of Bowles did a wonderful job. No complaints with her. It was the Fedex driver in Cheyenne, WY who dropped the ball. I called twice last Saturday in a rage when the customer told me the Fedex driver drove right by her house, even waving as she sat outside. She did not get her pkg till Monday as the driver said he couln't find house and address was wrong. I had to call to straighten out. Address was correct as listed on tracking rcpt I sent customer a copy of. She paid a lot to have pkg shipped. You guys are very expensive.The service with the driver was *** poor. The phone # of customer to.rcv pkg was listed. They could have called. I requested a full refund for shipping. I.was told I would get a call on Monday. So far, no call from Fedex. Your srvc ***!

    Terrible service, truly unacceptable. I purchased a poster at the Guggenheim in NYC and took it to be laminated, a service I had done there many times. The poster was mutilated, ruined. I asked for it to be replaced, which could be done, and the rude "team" member told me that was a risk I assumed. I am a lawyer and I did not sign anything stating I would agree to have my poster ruined. What kind of service is that?

    My shipment was one day late this is happened now twice. I feel I should get reimbursed or refunded if it's going to be late every time

    Communication was very slow. One of the print choices was awful and a waste of time and money. Colors are not vivid. Kind of washed out. Staff was friendly.

    We shipped a package for our Granddaughter's graduation. Alec was very personable, polite and helpful. We left the store commenting how great it was to get excellent customer service, as this is very rare nowadays!
