And the prints were meant to be 8x6, and I was told previously by a nice lady that they would let me know if adjustments would need to be made. To make it exactly 8x6, but that wasn’t told to me with the gentlemen I worked with when getting the actual printing done. Because of that, my prints came out to 7x6, 8 x 5.5, and 6x7.5. Only 3 out of 8 designs truly came out to be 8x6, so sizing looked a bit off.

Jacob was rude, zero customer service and did not care that I would have to make a 2nd trip since he could not find the order. Tried to show him hat the items were like and he could have not been bothered to look up. Rick the second associate said” we are from mail and don’t know about the office side” upon insisting that he call the manager since the order was already paid for, he did and found the order in 30 seconds. No apology and could still care less when I said I will not be placing orders here anymore. His response to that was “okay” I am appalled and shocked on this kind of customer service . Been coming here for over 10 years and never had an unpleasant experience let along this level of horrible customer experience. Hopefully no other customer has this kind of an experience with Jacob . I will be calling Danielle the manager tomorrow. I will take my business elsewhere. It was humiliating.

It would be one thing if your self service machines were truly self service and worked half of the time. If you are doing a color print job, the self service machines work half-*** at best. We send our print jobs in as web orders, small and large. There should no fee of any kind when placing an order online. In store assistance?? Absolutely. The idea of charging a service fee for web orders was very short-sighted and a reason for me to go elsewhere...
