Talk in a clear and concise tone & use proper English so people can understand you. I'm asian I use English on a daily basis in my job/personal life. Tone/words matter.

I went in on thursday to ask some questions about what I needed and the lady basically was not helpful, she had an airpod in and then proceeded to tell me to just look online, and walked away before I could ask any more questions. I then ordered them online, but with no help it was very confusing, and I did not do it right. I needed the help I asked for. So when I received the wrong sizing I came in that day to ask what I could do to switch it to the size I needed. The guy(Jason i’m pretty sure), proceeded to not have good social skills(mask on, would not respond, did not look me in my eyes). And then he told me that basically he couldn’t do anything, and I would just have to trash the near $500 order, and then order the $800 order again to get the size I needed. It was very frustrating that as a young man( I am an adult, although I was not treated that way), I can’t get respect as a young businessman. I talked to the manager and luckily he printed them and did the return, but then I was still missing a print and had to come in to get a new one. Overall would never use Fedex again.
