    Full service I was greeted right away. They took my picture back and put it on a foam board laminated. The picture then put it on the phone board. They were very kind very efficient and I was very pleased with the outcome.

    The employee that helped me was very polite and efficient. I didn't know what size box I needed for my items but she was able to help and within a few minutes I was on my way. My package even arrived two days earlier than expected. Happy customer!

    Shipping valuable original art was a bit stressful but the team put me at ease.

    The wait was way too longs almost 30 minutes. There was one person helping customers. She was doing her best and nice but she needed more help. Line was out the door behind us, she was answering phones, and multiple people in the copy machines that also needed her help. There were a few other employees in the store but they were doing other tasks. It was an awful and frustrating experience.

    The store and employee were absolutely fine. The package that I sent was unabled to be delivered because evidently it needed a “Suite #” added. I called and spoke with 3 people in the FedEx customer service department and my experience was HORRIBLE. No one would come out and tell me directly (until the supervisor) that there was no way to add anything to address without paying A fee of $24.50. I was told that I either needed to go back to the store or create an online account. No one had the power to waive the fee. In fact the “supervisor “ told me that without paying the fee there would be no change and that I wasn’t going to like the $. Clearly I am not a valued customer as I don’t run a business that sends many packages weekly. That is a valuable lesson for me. Fedex will be my very last choice when sending important documents.

    My experience was twofold. The first representative was a young lady that I didn't get her name. She was very short with me and not helpful. She said she was going to a funeral and that's why she was rude. She turned it over to another young man that was very helpful and I was very pleased with his customer service in all aspects.
