Line was out the door behind us, she was answering phones, and multiple people in the copy machines that also needed her help. There were a few other employees in the store but they were doing other tasks. It was an awful and frustrating experience.

I called and spoke with 3 people in the FedEx customer service department and my experience was HORRIBLE. No one would come out and tell me directly (until the supervisor) that there was no way to add anything to address without paying A fee of $24.50. I was told that I either needed to go back to the store or create an online account. No one had the power to waive the fee. In fact the “supervisor “ told me that without paying the fee there would be no change and that I wasn’t going to like the $. Clearly I am not a valued customer as I don’t run a business that sends many packages weekly. That is a valuable lesson for me. Fedex will be my very last choice when sending important documents.

She said she was going to a funeral and that's why she was rude. She turned it over to another young man that was very helpful and I was very pleased with his customer service in all aspects.
