    the team member had to enter my shipping info three times. She couldn't process it using my account. She gave me incorrect information about the rates (using my established account for payment, vs using a credit card), etc

    I needed a return envelope. They put me on a computer and said fill this out. We had to get up to ask questions three times. There were no other customers. My package did not arrive on time. I had to go back to ask why. There were four workers and no customers and I was bothering them with my needs. The youngest worker came and helped me by having me call the store phone number so he could put me through to cust care. Cust care gave me the same info that my package didn’t make it on time. I asked for my money back guarantee he did nothing. Four workers listen to my phone call. Not one came to help. There were no other customers. They joked around with the manager who was in the back office who never came out. Do I need to explain his wrong all of this was? Oh I had to beg to borrow a pen. It didn’t work and then the man huffed at me. Like I was wrong to be there. Maybe that’s why there weren’t any customers! Can someone call me back and refund my letter that didn’t make it. And an apology.

    I work with your staff on projects several times a year. John and Martina have been my usual go-go’s. They are so helpful, have made helpful suggestions when I needed them, and they do an excellent job. I don’t know other staff by name but this team really works hard. And sometimes they get very difficult customers- I’ve seen this when I was in line or working on self serve projects. They handle these situations with professionalism. They deserve a raise and time off! :)

    I went in to pick-up an online order. The complaint I have is not anything to do with the store. During the order process I was led to believe that I would get a 10% discount on my print orders by using my FedEx Kinkos Print Preferred number. That did not happen and the people in the store didnt know how to make it happen.

    My visit was a disaster. I wanted fast shipping for a small package but it was never delivered. I wanted pick up at a Fed Ex near where the package was to be delivered but told I didn’t order that option. What a joke! I was never asked, of course I’d allow the person to pick up the package at a local Fed Ex. Fed Ex stole my money and didn’t ensure the package was delivered. I’ll never use Fed Ex again for anything. It’s a complete joke and waste of time. I’m disgusted.

    Everyone is wonderfully kind, compassionate, and efficient whenever I visit. I mainly have worked with Alex and he is an upbeat young man that asks about my dog and has always been helpful, especially when the self-service shopping kiosk has an attitude. I recently worked with Martina and she was incredibly patient with me as well as extremely informative of the services that would benefit me for what I was trying to accomplish. I appreciate this location and the great support team that works there. Bravo!

    This is not the first time I’ve used that FedEx office. They have always been stellar in helping me accomplish whatever needed to be accomplished and doing it efficiently quickly and very well.
