They are always patient and helpful. Mary was so kind to me and assisted with options as to how I could touch up my page setup prior to printing. Was really glad she was there.

Adam walked me through the process of sending photo file to them, getting code and selecting color. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, as the entire time I was there several times he was asked by his staff for assistance in answering questions and he never missed a beat. Staff seemed happy and I believe that is partly due to Adams management skills. Very awesome experience! Thank you, Adam!

He said he did not understand how to use the printer, Or how to fax something. So the employee offered to help him, and did. He went back to his desk when he thought the customer was okay to finish the rest on his own and the customer completely freaked out because he must have fotten lost again, and your employee went over there and handled the situation with class and professionalism even though the guy was being a complete *** to him. The way he handled this rude customer was excellent customer service. I wish I would have gotten his name. Tall man with blondish brown hair. Just wanted to say GREAT JOB! My 1st time they helped me with no problem so there was no need for that man to be so rude. I have 20 years in retail, and just wanted to pass along the good things I see when I happen to see them.
