I unfortunately forgot the name of the team member that assisted me, but she went out of her way to assist me with mailing a bulking lamp. I can't express how much I appreciated her assistance. I will definitely return when I have to ship something again. My experience was a 20 out of 10!!! The team member work beautiful turquoise jewelry.
