I had to correct her errors to the point that I let most of the errors just go. Unfortunately her hygiene was despicable and her attitude was not one of someone in a management position.

Failed to advise us that ANY delay would prevent delivery over the weekend, because there are no employees to either unload the package for pickup or accomplish delivery before Monday, when delivery on the previous Friday was REQUIRED by our circumstances. We paid over $82. USPS would have delivered it on Saturday for about $12.
