I sent an email with the order, then I called to make sure that they had received my email, they acknowledge that they have received it, and they will take some time to process it, but it would be processed that day. I reminded them that I counting on those prints to be had on hand that day, I waited all day for a call and did not receive an email nor any notification that they were ready. I need these for work, and it was imperative to have the day of. By the time I noticed, I called and it was a couple minutes to close and no one picked up the phone. My project was not fully complete, and that client will not be hiring me again because I was missing these prints. Had I known that they will not be completed the day off as I was told I would’ve gone somewhere else.
