Then I had to call her 10 minutes later because I forgot to put a persons name on the package and she located the package right before it was ready to ship out and personally wrote the contact information the envelope and put on the truck before departure. After such low expectations we all have these days, it was refreshing to work with someone who really was there to help customers. Wow. You are probably not paying her enough. Thank you. I hardly EVER write a review.
