    I was not informed Fed EX do not deliver to PO Boxes. Documents are time sensitive. I called several times to rectify situation, completely unhelpful. I went back to the Fed ex shipping office in Greenwich, male staff unhelpful. No resolution.

    Employee was helpful but the delivery failed to meet my needs. I explained to rep that shipment must be delivered by 12pm on Monday and that did not happened. Receiver was leaving the country and needed contents. Shipment was delivered 24 past due date and reason shows closed due to holiday. I will be requesting a refund.

    I was never sent a tracking number on my email or cell phone. Does this mean my package has gotten to its destination? I have a receipt I could punch in the number, but I thought I would be notified by email as usually do.
