    This was the absolute worse service I have ever experienced with overnight shipping. I sent a package on Tuesday that was supposed to arrive on Wednesday. The package was perishable and arrived on Friday at 12:45 At night. The recipient was elderly and sat in her lobby for three days straight to not receive the package. Every day I spoke to a rep and was told that the package was going to arrive by 8:00pm and the package never arrived. I have to file a claim because the goos were destroyed and no good. No one seemed to care that it was perishable and sat in New Jersey for 2 days. I could have hired a trucking service and got the package there quicker. There were many excuses. They were busy, then it was the weather, then the driver had too many packages instead of saying Fed Ex screwed up. I will be writing a very lengthy email to the President of Fed Ex on my dissatisfaction.

    I waited in a line for 20 minutes with only one person ahead of me. When I finally I reached the counter, the girl who started to help left me in the middle of my transaction to go do something else. I waited for another 5 minutes and finally someone else came over and finished my transaction.

    Experience was good. Failed to deliver at expected time. Did not fail to charge that faux tariff exorbitant price. 🙄
