    The store experience was fine, the sales clerk was lovely. But FedEx delivery woefully missed the delivery date. Even if you took customs out of it, you still has no chance of hitting the delivery date. So I paid a premium for no benefit.

    I walked into the Fed Ex office and was helped in less than 30 seconds. The Fed Ex person handled everything perfectly, friendly, had a smile, courteous and knowledgeable. Asked a few questions with regards on my shipment and suggested a thing or two.I went with her suggestion. Seamless!

    This was the absolute worse service I have ever experienced with overnight shipping. I sent a package on Tuesday that was supposed to arrive on Wednesday. The package was perishable and arrived on Friday at 12:45 At night. The recipient was elderly and sat in her lobby for three days straight to not receive the package. Every day I spoke to a rep and was told that the package was going to arrive by 8:00pm and the package never arrived. I have to file a claim because the goos were destroyed and no good. No one seemed to care that it was perishable and sat in New Jersey for 2 days. I could have hired a trucking service and got the package there quicker. There were many excuses. They were busy, then it was the weather, then the driver had too many packages instead of saying Fed Ex screwed up. I will be writing a very lengthy email to the President of Fed Ex on my dissatisfaction.
