    She saw me standing in line, but she was on the phone. The man working had to tell her to help me, she was talking on the phone the entire time, then started texting instead of entering my data that I said something. She was so unprofessional and definitely did not display customer service at all.

    My experiences here have never been *good* per se, but they have at least been *on time* I suppose. Got here at 9am expecting the store to be open, but the clerk, who was visible inside, didn't open the front doors until 9:08am, and there was a line forming outside. Of course, I was the third person here, but in the chaos of people trying to finally get inside, I got cut by other customers. The clerk the advises me to use the computer to get a receipt, and warned me not to put the package in the chute until a receipt was printed. Good thing she did, because of course the receipt never printed. So, then I had to wait again for the clerk to manually accept my package and print me a receipt. All the while the clerk was having a full-on personal conversation on her phone—on speakerphone—with somebody frequently using expletives while there were other customers, including children, in the store. Not just annoying, but stupid. Keep your personal calls OFF speakerphone and at least maybe you can play it off as a family emergency. We heard the whole phone conversation, and that was not in any way an emergency. I hate having to come to this location whenever I need to do returns, usually Apple Store repairs, because I know the experience will always be horrible and never improve.

    Jennifer went above and beyond to accommodate my request. She made it so easy to get my card copies done and she cut them without me asking her. She is the best I would recommend her for anything she went above and beyond and I really appreciate it.

    I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer, and her work proved I can trust Fedex again. I was hesitant to work with Fedex because I had a package shipped from Meridian, ID to another state that was delivered to the wrong address; I've never recovered the materials. (convention banners $700) The follow-up was incomplete and not positive. I had to replace the banners. Jennifer exceeded my expectations! Jennifer was thorough, efficient, friendly, helpful, and all three of my packaged arrived on time or early, and in great shape! Many thanks to Jennifer! Please share my thanks and appreciation with her.

    I came in to ship a package to a family member and Brittany was the team member that helped me and my experience with her was very good. She was knowledgeable about her job and she was very nice she made me laugh. She is a great person to have working at this store.

    I visited this location in person a few days before and order to share with them a project I envisioned for a display. They helped me tremendously, and ran a test sample of my idea which made it possible to create the entire order of 24 x 36“ prints that I then mounted on the walls of my gallery for world aids day. This was a complicated request due to the materials we were in large tank, and I really appreciated the staffs ability to balance my unusual request with an already busy day. This caused me to without hesitation use my FedEx Office app in order to order that pamphlets, collated and stapled that accompanied our world aids day programming for Visual AIDS, I New, York organization, dedicated to Artist, affected by AIDS.

    I initially planned to use the self service printing because I needed it the same day. My print job was more than the $200 max, so I was directed to put in an order via the website. I couldn’t do this on my phone because the website did not support Google drive where my file was located. I tried downloading the file to the in-store computer, but that also did not work because it could not upload to the website. Finally I had to email the file to a store associate, and the earliest they could have it ready (without an up charge) was the next day. Meanwhile all the self service printers were sitting idle. Very frustrating experience that took 1+ hrs in store and a day wait for just 700 copies.
