    My first time experience at the FedEx office in Hyatt Regency was awesome..i had several articles to print which was soo very complicated .Smiley helped me with no issues to the extent he was able to capture some errors in my article i never saw .i was soo much greatful and appreciative ..thanks smiley you the best! and henceforth whenever i come to DC i will come and use your services over at the Hyatt

    I made an order and NO ONE TOLD ME THERE WOULD BE A $210 SURCHARGE due to it being inside of the Hyatt. I understand if they do, no one will order, but felt VERY SCAMMY and SUPER MISLEADING. They did not provide me with the amount before printing my product nothing. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency.

    I did not visit the store, but dealt with my needs via phone and email. Being overseas to take care of a shipment on a deadline, I was very happy with the service given to me by Smiley and Kia! They took away the stress of getting my shipment delivered on time. I really appreciate their help! :)

    I paid $25 to ship with one of your boxes and was told it was a two day ship. I shipped another box that I paid $44 to ship and it was there in two days and the priority box still has not made it.

    Devon I believe is the manager he helped me get some presentations done for the senate saw I was struggling in the self service area. Came out to check on me we laughed and he printed them behind the counter for me. My company has a printing account I was not aware of.
