    I needed wedding invitations printed. I had a piece of artwork a friend had painted for me, but I had no idea how to translate that into a wedding invitation. I brought Jackie all my failed attempts, scanning taking pictures and showed her how unprofessional they all looked she took the original piece of art, scanned it at the highest resolution and came back with exactly what we wanted, then formatted the invitation for us using my samples and sent me a email to confirm. It’s what I wanted. She was always so engaging so friendly kept encouraging me. It would turn out great. I am so pleased with the results cannot recommend her.

    On 10/18/24 I sent an email to our local FedEx office that stated please print me 500 business cards. The last ones I received from you were flimsy and not cut properly to size. They were larger than the standard business card size. Please make sure these are on heavy stock, and cut properly. Thank you. Let me know when they are ready for pick up. I appreciate it. we went to pick up the business cards and I had somebody bring them back to me and they were super flimsy like the last ones and not printed on the heavy stock like I requested. It feels like it’s just glossy paper.

    I have worked with Matthew before. Very friendly and knows everything about the various services. I have used computers there and needed to send a lot of important papers this day. He was all over it and I fully trusted him to get them there. They arrived well ahead of schedue

    I sent my order to the printer there--it was 13 copies of a 37-page presentation that needed binding. Mark was able to complete the task prior to the expected time and was so thorough and efficient. The only reason I don't expect to return to that location is because it is very far from my house but (thankfully) was the only place I could get this printed as I needed to take it with me on a plane and wouldn't have time to have it printed locally at my destination. Mark was wonderful and, if this location were closer, I would use it faithfully.

    Matt was very accommodating and gave me solutions to problems I didn't realize I had. Smoothly and effortlessly multitasked assisting multiple customers while completing side work and managing the surrounding employees.     Matt was so helpful with us navigating the Passport process— he was patient and friendly and made sure we had everything correct. The store was very busy and Matt was helping lots of people but still willing to always help us with our process. I hope he is a very valued member of the team!     I live in Tennessee and needed to print and pick up in Florida. I emailed the store in the afternoon, and attached the files asking for quick printing and cutting to a custom size. Matthew answered my email quickly and executed the print and cut of my art files to perfection. It was an optimal experience for me and I am extremely grateful for his assistance and professionalism.
