- Friday, March 29, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0Yesterday, I sent my mother to this location and my mother encountered store manager, Michelle, who was very dismissive and rude to my mother because she was unable to do a double sided copy. Despite being 83 years old and only wanting double sided copies, the store manager, who is supposed to represent the store, was unprofessional and unable to fulfill a simple request. As a result, my mother had to drive further to another location to have the copies done. I have had a similar experience with this store manager in the past shipping a package so this I’m not the first time this lady has been unprofessional and rude. After the way your company’s representative treated my 83 year old mother, I would never return to this location nor would every recommend this FedEx location.
