However, when I went to pick it up, I discovered the item had been placed in a very large box that did not fit in my car. I asked an employee named Shareen if she could help me with a different packing solution. She handed me scissors and told me to do it myself. I had to sit on the floor of the facility, and try to cut the box down to the size of the print. It took me roughly 20 - 30 min to deconstruct, cut and tape the box back up. I’m rather shocked that not one employee offered a better or easier solution to me.
