    returning unopend box from wal mart. was told I would have to buy a box. advised clerk it was shipped in the box I returned,showed her the shipping label. she indicated it was shipped by a third party bla, bla, bla, tuned her out. Told her I was not going to buy a box, that would take the FREE out of FREE shipping.I advised them my Credit Card will credit me tomorrow and Fed Ex can work with Wal Mart to get this returned.She advised me well we will take it THIS TIME but cannot in the future. I advised her there will not be a future and I DON'T CARE about fed ex procedures. Then a male came to the counter and quite curtly reiterated that "we will take it ..." bla bla , bla I ceased to listen and requested my receipt so I could depart and not be schooled in front of your other customers.

    Simon went above and beyond to help us print a memorial photo for my mother. She had a very busy lobby store, never did he rushes and took time to make sure we were completely satisfied. He is an amazing employee, and you are lucky to have him.

    On Thursday morning, September 29, my husband brought a gift to ship to my son in college in Virginia. It was a special gift for his girlfriend whose birthday was Sunday, October 1. He asked for the shippping service to insure that the package would arrive before Sunday. He was told that if he shipped it 2 day for September 30 delivery, it would arrive no later than Saturday, but probably on Friday. Saturday the package was not delivered. My son called, upset that the gift did not come. I called Fedex customer service to find out what happened, and they said that they had tried to deliver it to the mail office Saturday morning but it was closed. But that is not true. Both my son and his girlfriend picked up mail that day, and the office was open as it is every Saturday morning until noon. The time on the tracking number was well before noon. Fedex either made a mistake or was untruthful about the office being closed. The package was not delivered until Monday. My husband paid $56.06 to mail an item that only cost about $25 because it was a special gift. I have now called Fedex twice and each time I get a representative who tells me a different story and won't help me with a refund. I have filed a formal complaint #C-125814001. This is horrible customer service. I am very unhappy, and will not use Fedex again if this is the poor service now offered.
