How can you be sending a package via express from fort? Myers to Fort Lauderdale, and it ended up in mensis and the labor clearly said, express. No I have to be tracking down one of my packages. This is ridiculous, disrespectful. And no regards for the customer, this is a one and a 1/2 or a wig shipment. And it end up in memphis, this is crazy

Overall a very positive experience! Especially since I came in within 30 minutes of closing.

The team member was so patient and walked me through how to do everything. She assisted me in making copies then shipped my documents. Tax time is always a stressful time of year but she took the stress out of the process. Thank you Fedex. I wish I remembered her name but thanks to her as well.

Her personality was exceptional and sorry to say but she’s better than most agents that have been there for years. She’s only been there 4 months. She’s a keeper!!
