Fedex employee put usps label on package that was supposed to be sent to someone that bought someone from me on Mercari. Package still hasnt been receiving by the buyer due to someone within fedex or usps scanning the wrong label and the package is lost. It has been almost 15 days sent package was dropped off and there hasnt been an update on the package since Oct 13th in California or an estimated delivery time at all.

After Jim prepped the location, he was able to open the doors a couple of minutes early so he could start processing our orders. Fantastic personality and easy, but quick demeanor - everything for everyone was being processed very smoothly and I was able to get my full-sized poster prints in a very short amount of time....very nice!
