Since I am a long time customer, over 13 years, I am well aware that there is a rush fee and that would never be a problem. I specifically asked for what I wanted and placed it in the email. Additionally, I communicated the urgency from a timing perspective. Instead of calling me to clarify the quantity, he sent an email. Because I was getting ready for my event, I didn’t check my email. Knowing or not caring about the timeframe I had to work in. When I arrived at around the time he said the order would be ready, not only was the balance of the order not ready, then is when he decided to share that the order could not be completed in the manner I requested. He did not say it on the phone, nor in the email. With myself and while observing him with others, there is a perisistent, consistent intention to not be helpful, engaging, informative or have a willingness to actually work, and he clearly demonstrates a commitment to being contrary to whatever the goals and objectives are for customers utilizing services there. Everything is the hardest, most complicated way of doing things. He has attempted to overcharge astronomically for orders that have been consistently placed. While he may be reliable to be present for his shifts, in my experience with him, his performance levels are antithetical to the level of service marketed and advertised for the FedEx brand. More importantly it does not align with the energy, professionalism, wherewithal and discernment of some of the rockstar peers I have interacted with there over the years. I typically would just leave or ask for someone else if I was calling rather than depend on him to get my order right. So not only is it difficult, you also don’t get the order the way you want it. On Monday I had no choice as 47 students were relying on me, so it was bigger than me or him. Lastly another employee was present that I sought to ask for help, but his shift wasn’t for a couple more hours. If an employee is intentional about not helping a customer because their shift hasn’t started or perhaps they are not allowed, but my additional feedback would be they should not be at work. If there was time to answer a client about a shipping question, how hard would it have been to send copies to print? I take accountability for my actions in making the last minute request and am not saying that things have to go my way. This type of experience was not the first or fifth. It’s so unpleasant that the report I used to order monthly is now done in house. So that means a the binding machine, covers and all were purchased rather then run the risk of dealing with him when we have to get a report to a client. I guess next I will be looking for a new printer.

He even told me how I can set up an account online which will make things much easier for me since I will start shipping very often. This FedEx is great and all the team members have always been friendly and helpful even when the customers are not. That is the definition of true customer service.

Always turn down. WAS NEVER INFORMED THAT THERE IS A BIG SURCHARGE WITHOUT A BOX. DUH. I’m not stupid. This cost really rocked me. I’ve always told friends to ship. Now I’ll still them to ship but explain the fraud of omission which Fed Ex put on a disabled senior on a fixed income. Shame on you. Would like a refund!!!!!
