    Used 2 stores. San Jose and Clare lane was super efficient but not that busy. San Jose and Baymeadows was very busy. There was a black man making things happen quickly. The Indian girl on the register was quick and efficient. There was another employee white lady who appeared to be doing nothing. Overall I was happy with both experiences. A little pricy but willing to pay to avoid the post office.

    The entire experience was horrible. The employee that helped me was condescending. She thought it was quite normal that four prints should cost $75. This seems outrageous. I will do my best to stay away from this store from now on.

    I wish you would have more full-service shop near our area in saint Johns FL, We have to drive 15 miles north or go 100 miles south by Daytona to find a full-service office. Just a thought

    The store was great as were the people. But,, when I called the customer service number to find out if my order was complete, that was a complete disaster. The AI was not intuitive. It gave no option to talk to a physical person at the location. It could give me no information about my order. I wanted to call the store before I drove out to the pick up location since it is far from my house but the customer service number provided no option to call the actual location and speak to a REAL PERSON. The customer service number completely ***. You’re lucky I didn’t blast FedEx on Google reviews -which I’m very active on btw. Check for yourself. But fortunately for FedEx, I like the REAL people at the location so I gave a positive review on Google -only because of the REAL people at the store. The crappy AI customer service experience needs considerable improvement -it totally ***!!! Your customer service intuitive AI is complete ***. If indeed you do record your calls, review mine made this Saturday July 6th. Multiple calls. The AI was terrible. Don’t be cheap, hire real people. AI is not the future if you want to build positive customer relationships. Again, if it wasn’t for the REAL people at the San Jose location I would have posted a very negative review thanks to your customer service experience. The REAL people make the difference. Don’t follow FedEx, lead. AI ***. Use real people. Lead by example.
