Our package was stolen with a passport and a birth certificate in it because your driver left the package sitting in a mail room, unsecured, when there is a secure locker in the mailroom. Your drivers have been told by the apartment management to secure packages in the locker but they continue to fail to do so. This is very disturbing

On October 30th I went to pick up my product and the seating chart was too big for my car so Albert said that you all could delivery it which I paid for that service to be added on. He told me it would be delivered to me by 12pm on Friday November 1st. I got a call at 2:26 Friday that you all could not fulfill that service. He gave no solution or help to figure something out so while in the middle of meetings and other events I had to come up with a solution to get it deliver. I had to rent a uhaul and completely change my plans Friday to accommodate y’all’s screw up. When my employee Stella came to pick up the seating chart Albert threw it into the uhaul and then threw the refund receipt at her. Then on Saturday during the wedding, I got a call from another employee of mine telling me that the seating chart was completely messed up and it was double printed. This really frustrated me because the week prior to confirm the printing I double checked with Albert that that’s what I was going to get One side that had the name of the couple and then the other side that said take your seat and he said I can completely read your email and I understand the directions. Obviously, he did not! I did get a full refund of the printing job, but honestly, I am now out of almost $200 because of this U-Haul that was actually not . I would like you all to cover that charge when I get this receipt from the U-Haul company or I would like to get a credit to FedEx the amount. Honestly, this was extremely stressful and made the wedding even more stressful because we had to go around to 300 guests to tell them where they were seated.
