The package arrived at 5:30 pm and at that point was virtually worthless. I spent so much money! I called customer service twice and was offered no help other than “go to the website and file a claim.” Guess what? There is no claim for “late” only missing or damaged. I am so angry. I will never ever use FedEx again. I blame myself because FedEx has disappointed me repeatedly but I thought if I paid a premium maybe that would help. Never again. I even went through and rage cancelled auto ship orders that use FedEx. I’m done with you. Your company is horrible.
