I paid over $90 to have horrible quality poster paper that creases easily with dull non-vibrant fuzzy looking print. I received significantly better poster quality and color from my university for free! I would like a complete refund, and the poster can be returned to and I will bring in the smaller poster from my school to compare the quality difference. I am deeply disappointed.

I was there for OVER AN HOUR, to print out one email and get a passport picture taken! While I was there, no less than 15 people came in, and one of the team members was way overdue to take her lunch, so the other team member was left to handle the 8 or so people waiting!! YOU NEED TO STAFF BETTER!!!!!
