    Alejandra took it upon herself to recommend a better size based on the file provided. She proactively called to inquire about whether I would prefer the way she could format and print our agendas. I DID! It was $30 more and a much better end product! We are grateful she sincerely cared and didn’t just do what we asked. Afterwards we sent another project over to be done just as she had done and it was perfect!

    Delivery of my package is late and FedEx trying to locate. According to the tracker, package has not moved since Monday night(March 2)in ft Myers. Package had sensitive and confidential information.

    I paid for and dropped off a package on Monday supposed to arrive to my destination on Wednesday by 5 PM. Today is Thursday 330 and they still cannot find the package. I am so disappointed in FedEx it may not use you again. I was also told that the Vanderbilt office could not help me find the package and I had to call a different number. I then had to scan the package because I had a conference call in an hour and did not have the material to give to my client and I asked for a refund of the scan since the package did not arrive and she said she could not give me a refund. I then had to go scan it somewhere else for a dollar a copy in which I will look for reimbursement for everything from FedEx once my package is found.Very disappointing
