    Everything was fine at the store and the representative was very kind and helpful. It was great experience. The problem began when I tried to track the package and couldn’t find out what’s going on because the system generated a duplicate shipment with same tracking number and address but different shipment time. It was a nightmare trying to get answers from customer service agents who couldn’t even locate the package with certainty. I made probably around 10 calls to FedEx 800 number. After speaking with many agents I was led to believe there was an issue with the package and it was still in fl at the time it should be already delivered and I went into panic. I was promised multiple times from every agent I spoke with that someone will call me back to give me updates. No one called yesterday nor today. So I called again and the agent assured me after checking that the package was actually delivered on time yesterday as it was supposed to. All this confusion and contradictions put lots of stress on me trying to find out what’s happening with the package. That’s why my experience was horrible. Not the people at the store but your system is flawed and needs attention!

    I brought a flash drive with files to be printed. The store at 1:00 PM and was busy and they told me that it would take 2 hours and they would call me. They never called. I called the next morning and the prints were ready. I could have worked on them that day but never called to say they were done
