I called many times and was repeatedly told the package was on the way and would be delivered by 10:30. Finally at 5pm was told the plane broke down and delivery would be the next day although they couldn’t guarantee delivery before 8pm. All that time and no one called to let me know any of this info even though they knew it all along.

I waited in line for 20 minutes holding my package-no chairs in sight. I was totally shocked at the cost to and my package $45 to MD. I managed to who helped me was very efficient & there is a help wanted sign posted, but overall I almost fainted waiting in line so long (being 74 years old).

Front desk person had a hard time pricing and the second person wanted to charge me a fee for expedited service I chose to pick up the next day. Upon arriving the agent asked if anyone called me, I said no, but you close shortly and I’m worried about getting my order. She kind of indicated it wouldn’t be ready, but I asked her to check anyway. I was ready and most likely had been ready for some time.
