    The gentleman that assisted me should be given a raise! His professionalism and willingness to help in an urgent situation fire exceeded our expectations. Most helpful ever!! Since Covid, it feels like a lot of customer service has gone downhill, this FedEx employee was all about customer service! he explained thoroughly, broke down cost, quickly executed what we were asking, and did far more than I thought I could ask for.     Had to pay extra for “Priority Printing” when I was the only in the store and needed printing done at that moment. Really an unpleasant experience, feeling that it was a price gouge. Because it was an inconvenience to print 50 copies.
