I came in today with a lot of very large, awkward signs, requesting the use of five telescoping boxes (which are not the easiest things to put together), and she just went above and beyond all of my expectations! She never seemed displeased and was so kind and pleasant while I took up a lot of her time today. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and this location will forever be my preferred FedEx location because of all the wonderful team members here. I'd also like to recognize Ethan who helped me out on the phone before I came in to confirm the amount of boxes they had on hand. He also was so kind to order more into the store for me to use at a later date. Thank you Yesenia & Ethan, you are both rockstars and I am grateful for you both!!

The White lady immediately repsonded "That cost a lot of money. Are you sure?" The gentlemen look at a older lady with him and she nodded and he then said yes. I felt this was wrong because it seemed like she was stereotyping the gentlemen like he had no money for a international shipment. I beleive he ended up shipping the docs anyways
