Unfortunately, I paid for an overnight shipment, but my FedEx shipment was not delivered on time due to "operational issues". I called and was told it was incorrect address, but when I checked, the address was correct. I expect FedEx to refund the difference is shipping and further, this delay has created a new challenge for me.
