The fact that we spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at the JW Marriott and couldn’t charge our outgoing FedEx shipping to the master account is ridiculous. I know they said that they were using a new system for shipping, but that is no excuse for not setting up a manual way to charge shipping to an event master. If the software won’t let you do it, then as a vendor within the JW Marriott you better come up with a manual way to pass that cost through.

When we needed to ship out our boxes at the end of the event we had some unprofessionalism with in store help Ivanna and her boss I think (in a gray & white top - older lady with dirty blonde hair). I get being overloaded, but being snarky/rolling your eyes and mgr lying about her employees was a bit too much when her employee was unprofessional towards 3 team members at 3 different points of time and the mgr wanted to lie about it. But over the internet & phone calls with printing out needs with Angela I give 5 stars on service - she was AWESOME!!! Thank you, Angela!!!

Angela and the rest of the team where very accomodating booth pre-event & while on site. Communications where frequent and in a timely manner and very detailed so from a Customer Service point of view, it was great. The only downfall was that I found FedEx more costly in comparrisson to some other suppliers and there where also things like "rush fee's" to print some items on time, although it was still 3 weeks out from the event and considering the shop is on-site, this wasnt great
