But they did quickly give me an option of adding a few more days they could send it for $25. I couldn’t wait but it did make me laugh.

I had been to this office 3 days earlier and had to wait for 10 minutes or so in line. I am permanently disabled and cannot stand for more than 3 or 4 minutes.

Instead, he let me wait for the associate already handling a customer to finish, whilst he leaned on the computer conversing. Once another customer walked in that was not of color, he welcomed them loudly and offered his immediate assistance. This was done for each and every white person that came after me. Then a black gentleman came into the store and it was the same interaction that I received from him, and once he began helping the the gentleman he didn’t have a friendly attitude and rushed the process as quickly as possible. This behavior as a customer associate is highly unacceptable and should be dealt with immediately. As a customer I pay attention to the attitude and service provided, and what he displayed was not good customer service at all. The young gentleman who serviced me was extremely helpful, great energy, and provided exceptional service. I enjoy interacting with him every visit.
