    The nice gentleman offered me a chair to sit in while I waited for him to run my copies because he noticed I was using a cane. He was very accommodating and kind and took care of everything I needed. I would definitely highly recommend the office to anyone who needs it.

    The only thing they didn’t do was offer me a kleenex when the price of the overnight delivery was going to be $220.+, brought tears to my eyes. But they did quickly give me an option of adding a few more days they could send it for $25. I couldn’t wait but it did make me laugh.

    I can only think of one thing that could have helped me. There needs to be a chair provided for disabled people to use when it is busy. I had been to this office 3 days earlier and had to wait for 10 minutes or so in line. I am permanently disabled and cannot stand for more than 3 or 4 minutes.

    I had a 96lb crate that needed shipping. The gentleman came to my car and unloaded it and then went above and beyond to make sure I got the best rate.

    Kevin was rude and uninviting, as he neither welcome me into the store nor tried to help me with my services as he did not have a customer. Instead, he let me wait for the associate already handling a customer to finish, whilst he leaned on the computer conversing. Once another customer walked in that was not of color, he welcomed them loudly and offered his immediate assistance. This was done for each and every white person that came after me. Then a black gentleman came into the store and it was the same interaction that I received from him, and once he began helping the the gentleman he didn’t have a friendly attitude and rushed the process as quickly as possible. This behavior as a customer associate is highly unacceptable and should be dealt with immediately. As a customer I pay attention to the attitude and service provided, and what he displayed was not good customer service at all. The young gentleman who serviced me was extremely helpful, great energy, and provided exceptional service. I enjoy interacting with him every visit.
