    The young lady who initially called me and was at the office when I arrived could not explain why I had to repay to ship a package that already had a label other than "that what was what the system said and it can happen" She was also was very unkind and terse.

    I am a FedEx retiree and the service fell short of what I expected. I entered the location upbeat looked for a FedEx letter but none were available so I picked up a reusable envelope. I greeted the CSA that had no customers & introduced myself as a retiree. I asked Andre if they had a letter- he said what’s that? I started to explain things may have changed and then began to explain that it is 81/2x11. the CSA that had a customer abruptly and loudly hollared ma’am we don’t have any cutting Andre off. I was shocked number 1- because Andre and I was having a great fun conversation 2- because she had a customer of her own in front of her. Andre seemed to want to shake his head- but dare not. I was shaken by her abrupt abuse and didn’t understand why she needed to attack my conversation with Andre. After copying my ppwrk and coming back to the counter to use scissors and a sharpie I was lightly listening and apparently they had recently had an abusive customer in the office and maybe my question to Andre triggered her. I do not know- but I am certain that their (mgr/leads/csa) conversations about the combative customer should have been taken off the floor. Very unprofessional but my old colleagues have been telling me that FedEx service has changed. I guess I hoping it hadn’t changed.

    Andria was helping me ship and print while I was printing a customer was calling her out her name and she kept her composure and she didn’t let it bother her or hender her from helping me and other customers. She deserves a huge trophy

    Everything seemed to go well with the printing and assembly of my documents. What I found to be completely unacceptable was that Fedex was gonna charge me $20 because I was gonna pick it up the same day that it was printed. If I'm in your store asking to have something printed, there is no reason that I should be charged extra because it's handed to me the same day. Frankly, Fedex really needs to rethink this entire idea of how they charge their customers. If there is no backlog in the production, then why charge a rush fee. I could understand if I asked to skip the line and jump in front of other people's orders, but I did not. And the fact that I wasn't told about this fee until point of sale, is ridiculous. So I had to wait overnight in order to pick up my documents so I could save $20. Thanks Fedex for thinking of the customer first.

    I feel I was deceived because I paid for Saturday delivery and it didn’t get to the destination until Monday when I was told it would definitely be delivered on Monday.
