Al final me fui a escanear a otro copyshop donde el staff si sabia usar el scan y me atendieron muy rapido y escanearon todo rapido y sin ningun problema.Tambien mala asesoria sobre el costo. Era un servicio prepago, y ahora debo esperar un reembolso. Realmente pesimo servicio y experiencia.
