This was clearly a case of FedEx, ripping me off. Very very disappointing.

He was extremely helpful and professional and helped me quickly even though the location was extremely busy at that time of the day. He called me a few times after I left the order with him to ask a few follow up questions and provide me with a clear expectation of when the order would be ready for pickup which I really appreciated. When I arrived back to the location to pick up the printing, which was completed in the timeframe that Travis provided, he remembered who I was and helped me pay for the order and ensure that I was completely satisfied with the job before I left. I really appreciated his clear and proactive communication throughout the duration of our transaction. He really went above and beyond to ensure that I received a quality job that fit within my company’s budget. I would recommend this FedEx location to others in the area based on my experience with Travis.

I called support and said I had to file a claim online, but would not provide me with a link. When I went online the claim it was not helpful to what I needed to properly file this claim. Totally dissatisfied with the customer service.

The team member that assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I arrived back to ship my packages and was only able to ship 2 due to the fact I had forgotten an address. The team member that assisted me was nice and helpful. When I came back the third time the team member was very helpful and knowledgeable and offered to have notifications regarding the package sent to me regarding this package. I only mention all of this because it would have been nice to have been offered that on the other two packages I sent as all of my packages were family heirlooms. But all in all my experience was fine.
