    Paid for 2 (business) day delivery and it arrived in 3. Was told for the 2nd time the price for 2 day and Sat delivery was the same. Last time I said ok and was charged for overnight delivery. Was told the same thing this time, and declined. Very misleading.

    They could not find my island, I was trying to get through for hours. They had new computers and couldn’t find St Lucia. When we finally got through, I was told that my package would be delivered on Wednesday but I am now realizing that the receipt said Friday and so is the tracking information. I laid $172. Plus to send a 3.5lbs package to St Lucia even if it takes 5 days? Where is you conscience?

    It was a great experience. I was able to send my file to be printed on Friday evening and the printing was ready for me on Saturday morning.

    Please put something in place that will create a single-file line so that the customer who has been waiting will be served first. This will be practical around pick up time because the few times I’ve been there before that time I didn’t experience any wait time issues. However when people are running late and trying to beat the 6:00pm pick up time they may not respect other people’s time. My last visit had that exact scenario. I was first in line with two people behind, two of us nervously hoping to make it before the driver came to get the shipment for the day. The fourth person walked in, pretended to be grabbing supplies, the next thing we knew she was at the window and being served, wait, what? The end result was good because we all got served since the driver was a little late. The young lady behind the counter was really nice and super helpful. She was fast and knowledgeable. A formal line and (“can I help the person next in line?”) Will be great.

    I thought it was going to be like the post office or worse. It was easy and quick. I agree with the prices since my shipments made their destination on time. I’ll be using FedEx more now.
